I make a variety of Travis Bean guitar parts. Bridges are made from a
solid piece of stainless steel about 3/8" thick and milled to fit Travis
Bean 1000 guitars. They are drilled especially to fit these guitars and
the plate fits into the routed bridge location on these bodies. The
plate is polished bright. I buy saddles for the bridges. Sorry, it would
take me forever to mill saddles, I have done it, but it takes a lot of
time.

Travis Bean pickguards and control covers are made of stainless
steel and polished. I test fit these to original Travis Bean bodies
to make sure they are correct and will fit your Travis Bean guitar.

Burns Brian May guitar parts! I'm really
proud of these. The Burns guitars are
inaccurate to me, the tremolo arm and
knobs are all wrong, but I make parts
that look a lot more like Brian's original
parts. The tremolo arms are steel with a
white plastic knob. The bend is A LOT
like the bend on Brian's arm, but these
are shorter, they have to be because
these arms are connected closer to the
bridge than Brian's is. As for the klnobs,
these are lathe turned from solid
aluminum and polished bright. Again,
these look a lot more like Brian's knobs
than the Burn's knobs do. I have been
known to sell a pair of knobs, a tremolo
arm and a set of the white switches as
set. I don't make the switches, but they
are more like Brian's so I bought some.
